Complete Care Plumbing Electric & AC founder James Forest pictured (with wife Donna). We serve the Highland Lakes area for residential and commercial, service work and construction. James, our founder, often talks about “ride the brand” which means we only have our name and our reputation so we’re going to serve you the Complete Care way and protect our name. This means we believe in respecting you “yes mam, yes sir” and leaving your home in as clean or better condition than before we arrived.

James had an awesome 30+ year career at the Bosworth company in west Texas. He was fortunate to work in every aspect of the plumbing and A/C business for the Bosworth family (who we will miss). After James and Donna, his wife, came to the Highland Lakes area, they fell in love with the people and the area. After many answered prayers, they relocated here and look forward to serving in the community and providing plumbing and air conditioning service to this area.
